First impressions of the new product: Review Xiaomi Amazfit GTR Glitter smart watch with Swarovski crystals 2022
So, we got on the review of a unique smart watch Amazfit GTR, and not just a GTR, but in a special Glitter finish, with Swarovski crystals. The watches are intended for the beautiful half of humanity, they look elegant and not as brutal as, for example, the GTR Titanium Edition or the new Amazfit T-REX.
This is the new luxury smartwatch Amazfit from Huami, the same well-known manufacturer that was spotted in the production of Mi Band together with Xiaomi. These watches appeared in local stores in stock, for example, in Aliexpress.
I recommend paying attention to the new Amazfit T-Rex watch, which was presented just the other day.
So, I already said that this watch is for girls. Men — do not get lost, this is a great gift and a sign of attention, and for a good gift, as you know, you don’t need a special occasion.
The entire design is imbued with sophistication, from the packaging itself to the smallest details.

Now for the details. The box is in a white style, the composition with the clock resembles a bouquet of flowers.
Inside the watch is elegantly packed, and it is turned off, and on the display there is a sticker with a dial, which simultaneously protects the glass.
Includes instructions, magnetic charging. The watch has a white leather strap.
The watch is very neat and unusual. The rhinestones located at the edges of the dial (instead of the bezel) resemble jewelry.
The glass used in the watch is protected by Corning Gorilla 3 tempered glass, plus a special anti-fingerprint oleophobic coating is used.
The watch looks stylish and will complement the image of an active girl.
In bright light, rhinestones begin to sparkle, attracting attention from the outside. A very interesting effect.
On the back there is a heart rate monitor — a special optical BioTracker PPG sensor that monitors biological activity. Nearby are pogo-pin contacts for magnetic charging.
A proprietary magnetic charger is included, it clings and orientates itself. A full charge takes about two hours.
A huge advantage of the entire GTR series is the use of standard watch (20 mm) straps.
You can easily remove them and install others, such as leather or silicone straps as desired. The set includes a white Amazfit strap (leather) with a lock in the color of the case.
When turned on, the watch must be tied to a smartphone. To do this, scan the QR code for connection in the application.
The process of connecting to the application is trivial — we scan the QR code or select the desired watch model in the menu.
I recommend immediately loading your favorite dial skins from the application into the watch memory, as well as grant permissions for notifications to applications. Usually these are instant messengers and email clients.

The rest of the watch does an excellent job with its functions. The photo shows a mode for tracking activity while walking. Pay attention to the activated GPS function — the watch records the track and tracks movement and activity parameters in detail.
The rest of the fitness functions work similarly.
The PPG sensor measures the heart rate quite accurately, the main thing is to place the watch in the right place — two fingers below the wrist and tighten the strap tighter.
I would like to note a very useful function — music control from the watch. Conveniently, I constantly miss this on other watches.
For comparison, I’m using the Amazfit GTR (47 mm) and GTR Titanium Edition watches. The latter will be reviewed in the near future.

The hours work on average 10–12 days. Typical use case: heart rate measurement, sleep monitor are always on, up to 150 notifications per day and periodically (once or twice per hour) activate the screen in order to view the time. this also includes training 3 times a week for 30 minutes with activated GPS.
But in economy mode, you can stretch out 30 days or more if you turn off Bluetooth, the heart rate monitor, turn off the screen display by turning the wrist, and activate the screen no more than 100 times a day. Naturally, no GPS.
