A few words about the appearance of the vacuum cleaner — this is a classic “pancake”, that is, a round flat robot with two brushes on the sides. The brushes, by the way, are elongated, this is the fattest plus taking into account cleaning under furniture and near the baseboard. The wide bumper gives the appearance some massiveness.
On the top cover there is a large display-button block that displays hours, programs (you can program timer cleaning). From the button on the panel, you can start cleaning, or send the robot to the base.

The first button (suction power / Wi-Fi) is used to activate the access point for communication with the smartphone. According to the instructions, you need to hold down for 3 seconds after turning on.
The base and orientation sensor is located on the nose of the vacuum cleaner — an optical omnidirectional system that allows you to receive base pulses.
The cover plate for cleaning the floor clings to the rear bottom of the vacuum cleaner. Note the hidden power switch and vacuum cleaner charging socket. You can charge directly — a big plus, Xiaomi does not have this.

The cleaning working mechanism is clearly visible from below. By the way, if you turn the vacuum cleaner over during operation, the built-in gyroscope will detect the inoperative position and turn off the vacuum cleaner. Once you place it on a flat surface, you can continue cleaning.
The front swivel wheel is clearly visible, and the two large contacts for the charging base are located on the sides of the swivel wheel. The two long brushes are positioned to sweep (rake) all debris onto the turbo brush, which is located in the center.
The turbo brush has both silicone working elements and bristles, and is equally good at handling small and large debris, dust and wool / hair.
Next is a small brush with a short bristle, and then there is a removable module for wet cleaning: a container for water and a velcro cloth.

But under the top cover is a removable container for collecting garbage and dust. This vacuum cleaner holds the record for the volume of the waste container — 1000 ml. Usually this parameter remains at the level of 300–400 ml, which leads to daily (if not 2–3 times a day) cleaning. That is, you are constantly looking after the robot. A liter container allows you to leave it to clean for a couple of days quietly — it all depends on the degree of cleanliness of the house. Maybe enough for a week.
Removing the container is quite simple. There is a seal at the entrance. Do not insert the other side — special sleds are provided there.
The waste container is a small acrylic container with a filter at the outlet. A handle is provided for easy removal.
The lid can be folded back completely. A seal is provided around the perimeter. The filter itself is a combination of a 3D debris filter (L-shaped mesh) and a HEPA filter that traps fine particles. All this is reusable, washable and dry without problems.

A small comparison with the Xiaomi Xiaowa E20 1600Pa smart robot vacuum cleaner . Xiaowa is one of the most popular models, followed by Roborock in terms of prevalence. The latter are quite expensive, but equipped with a laser scanner. But Xiaowa is quite close in characteristics to the reviewed model B6009.
The price of these two models is also similar (the B6009 is somewhat cheaper), but the technical parameters of the B6009 are much more interesting. For example, two brushes against one short or a suction power level of 3000 Pa versus 1600 Pa. And so on.
Xiaowa, like the B6009, has an optical receiver “bump” for orientation along the base, but the dimensions of the B6009 turned out to be slightly higher. Partly because of the volume and power.
Similar to B6009, Xiaowa has a bumper with a mechanical sensor, but with non-contact IR sensors, obstacles are much better in B6009. The vacuum cleaner reacts to objects in advance and does not allow touching, changing the route. Xiaowa, on the other hand, slows down, but touches before the sensor is triggered.
The photo clearly shows the superiority of the B6009 over Xiaowa: the latter has a dust collector of only 600 ml in volume versus 1000 ml in the B6009.
Brushes! The B6009 has two long-bristled side brushes. And the Xiaowa vacuum cleaner has only one, and the villi are short. This affects the quality of cleaning under furniture (for example, under cupboards), as well as along skirting boards. The rest of the design is similar — a swivel wheel, charging contacts, a central brush.
The suspension travel in both cases is about 40 mm — enough for small sills and carpets. Vacuum cleaners “jump” without any problems.
